Anyone race 1/18 scale in the area? I have a RC18T setup to run carpet. If so...where do you run? Brushless...or old-school?

Looks like you are in Batavia. Currently I think the three closest places for you to race 1/18th scale are Leisure Hours in Joliet, and Duneland Hobbies in Portage Indiana, and the newest place, Winthrop Harbor. His and Hers in Kenosha also has an active 18th scale racing program but that may be too far....

We run the off-road 1/18 stuff on Friday nights. Sat night is for on-road stuff. Same surface, just put jumps out on Friday nights. We would run the off-road types on Sat. if there are 2 or more that want to run. Sat. is dominated by Xray m18s & the like.
