Well, since Jeff caught on, I feel obligated now to post the raw unedited footage of Karl racing without the *fast forward* option checked

Default NEW VIDEOS

Well, I managed to stay up all night again editing some video footage, thanks to Alex getting me hooked on Windows Movie Maker Anyways, here is a fully edited promotional video for the year... it turned out pretty cool, so check it out. Its about 4:24 in length.

High resolution version for broadband connections (61 megs) - recommended
Low resolution version for slower connections (5 megs)

I just stopped out at the track for a minute to see how wet it was (and to grab my wallet that I forgot last night). Anyways, the track is holding up great with the water... no big puddles yet. It is really soft though, so please restrain from practicing out there until it hardens back up, just incase you are thinking about it I'll be a bit perturbed if I get out there on Friday and there are foot prints all around the track from when it was soft like there was last year... that took 4 hours to fix back up before raceday.

With the nice weather we have today, the track should be ready for practice by 5:30 tonight for anyone who is thinking about coming out.

The payout is for all nitro classes... 1/8th scale, monster truck, unlimited monster truck, and 1/10th nitro truck.

Although electric classes won't have a payout, we will have a huge prize package for the winners from sponsor donations. I think last year the winner of the stock class got a couple motors, couple batteries, tons of brushes, bodies from JConcepts, etc etc. Overall, there should be a couple hundred in the prize packages for electric as well, as it looks like we will have more sponsors on board for the series this year.
