Wanted to provide some update photos from our first event. We recently purchased a timing system, so that'll be an exciting add for the next session. We will be releasing dates for the next 3-5 months in the next week. We had a total turnout of about 40 people throughout the day. The Team Associated donated RB10s did AMAZING, and had not one broken part. We did have two casualties. One truck flew off a jump into the back wall. The wall was repaired right away and we will be setting up the track in a different manner next time to ensure that doesn't happen again. Also, the flexible corners were basically completely sheared off in most cases from impacts. Those will be inexpensive to fix.

Whoops sorry I missed this earlier. I am up in Wisconsin, about 35 minutes north. Now I see it’s open to non-residents, sweet! Might have to check it out sometime for something different.

Two questions? Is this for Illinois residence only? Have you considered an oval track?

It was originally intended for Mchenry Township residents only, but we've opened it up to anyone. We've had a number of people from WI attend. Township Kids are free, Township adults are $10. Non Township kids are $10, non Township adults are $20 for the day. Funds go to cover costs of renting the space.

Please tell me the rules for stock slash if you would? I absolutely LOVED that class back before the SC10 came and created SC sort of killing stock slash.

We're pretty liberal as far as rules go. No crazy knobby tires, truck must be clean, may only use 2s lipo.

It's mostly box stock as in people have made no changes to them. Most people that show up are not hardcore racers, though we have a handful.

We typically have 4-7 Slash entries. I just picked up an SC6.2 that I'll run in the SC class so make it 5-8?
