WHAT ?

No? It will be one night during the week and and offered every other saturday
one saturday will be oval the other saturday will be on-road.

There will be plenty of time for practice, as the place will be open 6 days a week although which ever class race on what day the day before will be set up for tons of practice.

Example) if on-road is tuesday night then monday is on-road practice only thursday would be oval and wednesday would be oval practice. and frriday would be set up for what ever is run on saturday

Well a decision was made. Due to the my e-mail box being hammered with requests for it. Current plans for the inside dirt is for us to bring Dirt oval back to the area. This was HIGHLY popular in the early 90's and was not unusual for there to be 40 to 50 guys on the small track we had back then

Current discusion is to have a 60 x40 D shaped oval, banked and as smooth and as fast as we can make it. Classes have not been discussed becasue we are working like crazy to finsh phase I of the hobbyshop and carpet area. But we are planning to make this track smooth enough for foam tires.

Just guessing, but I think some of the classes could be (Stock/mod brushless)
ideas only off my head to not take as 100% yet

4 wheel drive- Touring car with a latemodel wedge body and side dam
2 wheel direct drive - custom works cars ( these things fly)
2 wheel gearbox class
2 wheel sprint cars (gearbox)
2 wheel sprint direct drive
1/18 scale cars ( rules would be well laid out)
Off-road (gearbox) trucks Not converted 2 wheel direct drive cars

Off-road will be outdoors

If you are interested in Dirt oval. Feel free to post any idea you may have on the subject. All idea will be considered, but will be left to the race director as to class rules.

i remember back in the good 'ole days when people wanted oval to be ran at the old Road Rage....it was good the first couple weeks i would assume but then it just faded off into nothingness with the lack of people showing up...you might want to take that into consideration also

That's the nice thing about dirt. A little water and it becomes something else. Right now info from racers are they want to run on the dirt oval. If for some reason it doesn't work out we can convert it into a offroad track without to much trouble

Thought I give a peek at the blue print of what the carpet area and hobby shop are going to be like this is only phase 1 and things are going great.

We have stuck to this plan about 98%
