Time Trials

Not sure if I missed a setting somewhere for the onroad stuff....but warmup time is 3 minutes to start a 2 minute time trial. Can I reduce that warmup time somewhere?

When you get on the track on the bottom right it should say 30 sec. Click on that and it will put you 30 sec out.
