Can't calibrate

Hey guys, so I've been messing around here for about a week. Today i got on and the game did an update but now my controller isnt calibrated right but the game wont let me calibrate it. Also on the test screen theres about 40 buttons all of the sudden that are randomly flashing. Please help!
