HI all
Just got my usb adapter and the steering seems to react slow. I turn and it takes a second and then it stays turned a second after I go back to center......
any ideas?

Yes, that sounds exactly like what I first experienced, so after doing some reading on it, I turned down everything in my graphics options(& turned on the framerate display so I can keep track of it) to get up to about 60fps, & once I did, all my controls felt MUCH MUCH better, even running in full screen mode. I'd suggest you give that a try & see if it helps....
