That's what I thought. I'm all jelly over here. I thought about whitening but dyed was the big thing back then. I just dont know what color would look good with orange.

The PC'd chassis are rare enough, not very many people knew about them.

Mine is my original hot shot , I've now got three of them , one has been left in original condition , the second one ive just put a brushless set up in it , the thing flys , ive put a 4.5 t motor in it , it's super fast and i just have been having so much fun with it , the third one is getting a full rebuild ATM , I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with it yet , it will more than likely go in the cabinet with the first one and my original hornet

For me, it's the Kyosho Dirt Road 10 Datsun 4wd that Tower Hobbies sold in the early 80s. I have one in my garage waiting to be restored that I trashed as a kid. It's a Very cool nitro truck.

I remember this in the early 80's Tower catalog. Very cool with the chain drive underneath IIRC? Kyosho cars in the 80's had so much metal and unique features about them, that will be a great one to restore!

Tamiyadan, those are really nice ! Did you see my blazing blazer??? That one took a long time to find how I wanted it . I like then to be nice, good to great shape but not mint or new outta box. I like when they are box art, and I will run them. Granted I am careful with them but really try to enjoy them

Yes, chain drive with no differentials, just one way bearings in front. I lived in Denver at the time and it actually did well in a few inches of snow! Of course, I might be nostalgic.
