I received it a week or so after purchase, meaning I had used it for 6 months and a week. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is that this will not be sorted out. I bought Nosram in the first place as I had heard their customer service was good, never thought I would need to find out.
Well all I can say to anyone is don't expect any support from Nosram if anything goes wrong and I for one won't ever buy any Nosram product again. I even emailed Nosram themselves and they couldn't even be bothered to reply.
Shame on you Nosram...........

Right, so you've got a power supply that has worked faultlessly for 6 months.
It has now failed.
Thats ok, because all Nosram products come with a lifetime warranty that is honoured upon presentation of the red warranty card. Oh wait, you haven't got that...
Nosram will still honour the warranty without the card as long as the product is less than 6 month old. Oh wait, but your power supply is more than 6 months old.
In my eyes Mirage have done nothing wrong here; they have honoured the agreement that is written in the warranty information.
There's no point in contacting Nosram directly. There are reasons why they have a UK distributor, and product returns/repairs is one of them.
So what is the argument you are making? What have Nosram/Mirage done wrong exactly?
