If you were out of boxes, why didn't you tell the buyer sooner? Seems like a lot of communications problems lately...

Agreed on the communications problems. Lets be as vague as possible when describing a problem to people who have no prior knowledge of what happend.

This really makes me want to root for you.

Flat rate box? I think I would have sent the item in ANY box if I had a buyer waiting.

Nah, that I do side with the seller on. You are only protected by Paypal if you ship to a verified shipping address.

The only time I don't get an address is if the buyer happens to pay as a gift, which I didn't ask for.

What happened to a week being the acceptable shipping window?

I try to ship within a day or two. Communication is the key though. As a buyer, I'd have no problem if the seller took 4 days to ship if the seller said, hey, I'm waiting on boxes, is that cool? Sounds like you said nothing until you noticed the missing address.

+1000

I try to ship no later than 2 days, but if there is an issue I let the buyer know. If I buy something in this day in age, it better ship faster than a week unless its back-ordered!

A week? Seems a little long to hold onto someone else's property.
