ok. thank you. I hope to get my refund sooner than later. I will update when I hear.

Tmachine, read what he says..

You really think he's going to go through the trouble, and lose of money, stopping the item in transit and having it returned?

Only refund you'll see will come from PayPal, not this POS!

Here's my story with twitch. I saw the D413 trade thread. I PM'd him asking if he'd be interested in selling the buggy. I didn't have what he wanted, but I wanted the D413. We agreed on a price, and I paid through paypal. He said he was gone on vacation, and would ship when he got home. Few days later, he sends me a picture of the buggy boxed up, and said he was on his way to ship. I didn't get a tracking number, but wasn't too worried yet. A few days pass, I PM him and ask for a tracking number, and he says he can't find it. I wait a few more days, and still nothing. I am in contact with him the whole time, and he's usually quick to respond. Last night, I saw these threads, and text him this morning about it. He told me to file the claim through paypal, and he would file a claim with his post office. I did the claim through paypal, and he refunded the money. Through paypal, the funds are pending until the 24th. I'm pretty sure the pending is paypal, and not him.

Like I said, I can't for sure say if the buggy ever shipped or not. I can say that he has at least been up front with me, and hasn't ignored texts during this. He has refunded the money through paypal.

Yes, we communicated through text. It is much easier. I don't have access to a computer during the day at work, so text it is.

In case somebody checks my back posts, I did end up buying a D413 through Amain. I just don't want that part to look fishy on my part.

Default Final update...

Hello All,
I finally got my money back through paypal. I can't give this member a positive mark since it was paypal that refunded my money. My feedback is when he needs something he will contact you. I honestly can say he did have signs of being a scammer. Terrible experience.

Buyers beware for this Robert Olsen from the Florida area...

It's good to hear that PayPal took care of things.

It's also good that you created this thread to help spread the word. Sometimes all of the puzzle pieces start to fall in place.

I would leave NEGATIVE since he scammed you and withdrew funds, hence PayPal had to eat the cost. So a negative is a must IMO.

It's irrelevant at this point, his account has been suspended.
