He made a $150 purchase from me on here on July 1st and now today files a chargeback after the package was delivered at HIS house on July 5th according to the USPS Priority Mail Tracking Number I posted on the payment on paypal.

I am sick and tired of lowlife scammers on this site.....:flaming:

I'm posting all this info out there to warn others. Yes I have just now sent all my info with PROOF to Paypal. Chargeback cases are about 50/50 even with tracking info for some reason they sometimes will still side with the scammer.

just call paypal and show them the evidence and they'll stop the dispute and then you have your money this has happend to me before just not by the same seller

I've NEVER had it that simple before. They always keep my money on hold for 30 days before making a decision. I've already provided MORE than enough proof on paypal so if they side with someone trying to scam me I might just close the paypal account and quit using it. I'm so tired of people scamming others online. Makes me want to quit selling and buying online.

if you don't trust low rating guys can you make them pay extra for sign only delivery through FedEx or something like that

Hey Mattp I had the same problem with him today !! I just called paypal and as they fixed it right away!! they know he is a scammer now and now everyone on here does to DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM!!!!

Paypal just took care of me when I called them. Thank you Paintchip for posting. As soon as they looked up his info they saw where he has tried scamming a bunch of people and released the hold on my money. We need to put this POS on a ban list with his real name and address so when he creates another account people will know to watch out for him!!! I will gladly post his address(if the mods give me the ok) if anyone wants it...
