Unfortunately I can WALK a package to most destinations about as fast as UPS gets it there with their normal service. Apparently the brown trucks are sloooooooooooooooow.
USPS Priority or First Class, typically 3 business days to the furthest reaches of the country.
UPS, invariably a week. And costs me more.
I'll take USPS and their "confirmation" every day.

i have been doing the flat rate box thing now free to get online and come in like packs of ten. a small box is like 2 dvds.
the other small box is like a 5x5x5inch box
the medium box fits a m11x with padding.
the large flat rate box fits like a ps3and 360 stacked on top of eachother.
and 75lbx if it fits it ships... so its kinda the good deal
and i shipped that charger monday
from modesto ca
to New York NY in 2 days as it was delivered today.

I'm not sure about the other one, but the Canadapost package will likely not show anything different. That's the problem with it going across the border. The tracking only gets it to the border. Once it crosses, the tracking doesn't transfer to USPS.
I bought a package from a guy up there, and we were shooting PM's back and forth trying to find out what happened because the status didn't change for over a week. The next day the package arrived in my mail, yet the status still had never changed on the Canada Post website.
Bottom line, if you want actual tracking on international shipments, ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL...

Maybe it doesn't transfer to USPS, but I've had several packages come from south of the border and it ALWAYS transfers to Canada post with the same number. I track it until it hits the border on USPS, then I start checking on Canada post and it's been good every time.

Interesting...maybe it works better going the other way. I googled Canadapost when I was having issues, and man, were there TONS of hostile customers posting comments!
