XXX8ight can't keep his word

XXX8ight sent me shipping info so I could send him out the starter box I had for sale. The only way I could sell was to ship first and payment would follow. Had the box all set and sitting for the USPS carrier to do pickup on Saturday. Get the msg this morning that he didn't want it anymore.
Go figure, I try to make someone who doesn't trust that I would ship, and he goes and burns me the cost for shipping. Guess I deserve some, but here is a guy who says I can't keep my end of the bargain.....GO FIGURE

easy sloution here. wait for the next buyer to come along. if the Buyer says ship first then he will (PAY) do not do it. when ever i sell on here and Buyer says you ship first then i pay i say OK CYA LATER. i just sold a almost new SC10 for 185$ guy paid yesterday i shipped this morning with tracking Prioirty mail,as stated if they want you to ship first it leads to 3 things i have learned in the years of Doing business on rctech,traxxas,and a couple of rc forums.

1 ship first my parents wont let me pay until i receive the item. Usually means you are dealing with a kid. use caution on this

2 suspected scammer,will say pictures do not show me everything or i have to see the item then i pay. stay away.

3 if the buyer says show me proof it is shipped then il pay after i see the tracking/recipt or proof it has been shipped.signs of things going sour real quick.

first thing i learned when i started online i GET payment first then ship.if they say NO i do not trust you with my money and you wont ship my items,simply say BYE if the buyer cant trust the seller after seeing good quality pictures and buyer still says you ship first,wait for the next buyer.

It's just a bit ironic that a guy who can't trust someone to ship an item, has the fortitude to say he no longer wants it after it's ready to ship. I bet he just goes and tries to make it my fault......

It sounds like you must have paid for your shipping online? If so you can cancel the shipping label within several days. You don't get immediate credit, it takes about a week iir, but you will get the money back.
