I have started this thread to warn you guys who we have dismissed
Shane Burress..was removed for bashing one of our sponsors products
Josh Hipps ...was removed for not being honest about the condition of the products he sold to another team member, and for taking someones money and not shipping the product.
Shane Williams...was removed for Attacks on his Integrity from 3 different people over a 2 week period. One of them was a fellow team member.
Miles Schneese ( Beta Bob) was dismissed for scamming
Christian Jon aka Killatoyota has been kicked off the team for bashing Maxamps

In regards to your comments made in other threads earlier today, now that a list of Team Terribles expulsions is being created, and has a couple of good name suggestions, may I please ask that you consider avoiding dealings with only the individuals that are shown on the list, instead of holding the actions of an unfortunate few against the entire team?
I take a great deal of pride in conducting myself in an honorable manner, as I'm sure the vast majority of the people on the team do. I sincerely hope that the events that have occurred recently will not have a long lasting negative effect on a team that is just starting to gain momentum.

I think you guys take too much on to yourselves when trying to enforce a code of conduct or ethics on people you have never met. While it is an admirable effort, it is simply not feasible. You will have people join in an effort to lend some credibility to themselves, enjoy whatever perks you may offer or to simply have something to put in their signature line. While some of the goals of your "team" is to treat others fairly and conduct business in an ethical manner, you simply have no control over who joins your club and there will always be those who disregard the rules. I wish you luck with this and hope you find some manner to screen individuals prior to them becoming a problem. I think you will find the task to be daunting.
In a perfect world, if members stood to lose something by dealing in a shady manner they might think twice about doing business that way. As it is, if a scammer relieves me of some cash he'll be banned from the site. If he's a member of your club he can be banned from it and have his name added to the "Wall of Shame". It is still up to me to try to recover my money.
Like anyone on here should do, I consider many factors before deciding whether or not to deal with someone on any forum. Trader feedback is your most important tool although sometimes that can be misleading as well. Look at PayPal accounts, the length it has been in existence and if it is a confirmed account or not. My comment about about not dealing with your "team" members was a joke by the way, I forgot to add the .
