I was just giving everybody a heads up about him. The guy that bought his D8 has been waiting 2 full weeks and has not heard a thing form Shane. The guy deserves his buggy since he paid for it. 2 Weeks is too long, and no response in 2 weeks. The guy that bought his D8 is very mad, and I cant blame him. Shane told me over a month ago he sent me a body with a money order for a paint job, never recieved it.

I also PM'ed the guy who bought the PT's and he has not received them, the other guy just posted he never got his refund as Shane claimed he had done as Shane collented twice for them.

i dont understand what people get out of scamming all it does is make it harder for honest people to buy or even sell anything i am glad i have always got honest people to deal with. i wished the best of luck to you guys and hope this guy sees the error of his ways and makes it right.

It is unfortunate so many of us have been scammed by him. I feel bad that I didn't announce my scam earlier, instead of giving the guy time to make it right.. for that I apologize and I won't allow that again if it does happen.
for what it's worth, Garet Jax (and James with Team Teribles) has been a great ally in my efforts to resolve this and his transaction went superbly.
Lets believe there are more of him than of the Shanes of the world...
With all due respect. I couldn't care less if you believe me or not. You want to trade with him - go for it. Believe me or not - no skin off my back. He took me for $195.
This is a good lesson for everyone. Feedback is soooo important and needs to be left in a timely way. If not it allows scammers to continue scamming longer and longer. Shane was able to continue because the first couple of times he did this - he wasn't given the feedback he deserved.
The mods will take care of retalitory feedback. Even if they don't, good traders will see the feedback for what it is.
I have never been scammed before now so I don't know the options I have open to me, but at a minimum I would like to understand how much Shane has stolen from people. Hopefully it gets to a number where the police around his area take a little notice.

File a claim with your credit card or your bank. most of the time you get your money back. tell them you never gave approval for this money to be tooken out of your account. They should reverse it back to your account.
It sucks to be scammed! I hope you get your money back.

I think this is the winner, the other address he provided when he joined our team isn't found. This one comes up no problems.
I am working on finding the correct police department to contact about this. Hopefully once I track it down, all the people who were ripped of can call and file a report. I figure one report won't do anything, but a few might convince the police to look into it.
