For the guy who 'purchased' the P8.0R 08 from Kenneth Meyers; Kenneth claims he never had the car and that he sent it off to some guy in Louisiana.

This jerk-of* tried to pull one over on me for a Proceed. Telling me he has no Paypal and he would send a money order. I told him I wouldn't send the car until i had a cashed out money order. I said fine and asked for my address. When I went to email him my address, his email account was mysteriuosly shut down! What a huge scum bag!

This kind of thing pisses me off to no end. I kind of wish I would have gotten scammed by him. I have a few buddies in Texas in the army that would like to help me out on this kind of thing . All I can say is that he and his parents would suddenly be missing never to be seen in the world again.

If there are two valid addresses in Houston, why is he not arrested yet? Seems to me theres many documented deals gone bad, hell I live near Houston so it makes me angry. Many people should have already contacted the police and had him picked up by now

According to the Harris County Appraisal District, Kenneth Meyers owns this home along with his wife since 2006:

MEYERS KENNETH & ERICA
5428 PALMER ST
HOUSTON TX 77004-7736

This home carries an over age 65 exemption which means his parents probably live there since 1988:

CURRENT OWNER
5218 AMY ST
HOUSTON TX 77028-5202

Should be fairly easy to track down........

Might want to avoid that, I would love to see but it is usually considered evidence.

I like how people think I am kidding.

Besides, principle is the same, whether it be an r/c car or a full size car, he is still a thief.

Easy Nick, don't go threatening murder, they'll trace you to this forum and hunt you down.

What this bozo needs is a good ass kicking. I was scammed on Ebay once and truly want to kick the shit out of the ahole who scammed me.

Someone in Houston needs to pay this douche bag a visit and give him a black and blue welcome and let him know it is no longer ok for him to jack us.

So, someone in his area, act the hero!

I actually work downtown Houston... both addresses are right around the corner. The second one I think is a really crummy neighborhood...

But aint gonna be paying anyone "visits"...
