OMG it like a half a year dealing with this little puke!! He is starting to remind me of tim and Thom Barth, from the Indiana area. You would think some one would have laid the smackdown on his punk ass by now.

Uh, saying that someone should have dealt with him long ago because He is starting to be reminiscent of THE most hated R/C scammers is not a threat.I just cant beleive that a mod would give me an infraction for it.Did I say I was going to harm him, or I was going to have someone else harm him??? No. I simply stated that this kid neds to be dealt with before he really shafts someone. Some one who he has scammed PLEASE contact the authorities and put this guy behind bars!!!

Marcos, sorry you misunderstood my statement. But I did NOT threaten that dirtbag in any way. I cant beleive how many people he has messed with on here and so far NOBODY seems to have taken the steps to put him behind bars????? So he just Keeps coming back under a new name...Just like tim and Thom barth did. And those two jokers scammed thousands of $$$$ before they did it to the wrong person who put them in touch with the authorities.

so I guess if you are going to give me a 2 point infraction for stating the obvious, I guess I will take it with pride and a smile because I stand behind my statement. The kid is scum Some one needs to deal with this Clown and get him out of all of our hair and send him to jail. So if I get banned for that . Whatever man.

The people that got scammed need to get with their local police and press charges , that will be the only way to get him in jail.

Yucaipa is a very small town. I live 15mins away from there. People who were scammed need to compile as much concrete evidence as they can and simply contact the local PD. That is all they can do. Here in CA police are usually a little more busy than tracking down kids scamming people on the inet over rc car parts. Im not saying it's right but it's a reality.

I know what you mean I was a cop for 7 years in the early 1990's and I was way to busy to deal with little kids but some departments have a internet crimes division and if they dont the State police or the County sheriffs office will.

Bingo. As an officer you are to follow the departments orders. Small town like yucaipa do not have an internet crimes division. Hell here in Hemet we have over 70,000 people and when my dad car was stolen then recovered the cop simply said....bummer looks like a joy ride went bad. "we don't have a stolen car division"

Dude barely did a dust job wrote a report and said c-ya.

We have alot of keyboard jockies on here who think the police have unlimited time and resources to track down kiddies on interweb

Not here in CA we have to good stuff murder, rape, kidnapping etc....

People just don't understand the way police departments work internally

I have 2 foster kids. We get a check each month to help support them (not much) Anyways a check ended up missing. I asked the social worker about it and he looked into it. he came back to me with a copy of the check and said looks like you signed it and deposited it. LOL nope not my sig not my bank account and have no record of that check being deposited into the account. My bank would not tell me any further info other than nope that check was not deposited into your account. Contact police they have me fill out a fraud form check was for like 700 bucks. They say a detective will follow up with me. 3 weeks later no call. I end up tacking the guy down. I asked so what's up? He says what do you mean, I say well did you find out who took my check and he says. "no-one did the checks were signed and deposited into your account. Holy crap dude are you serious that's not my bank account. I was supposed to go down there and talk with the guy but somehow life and stuff got in the way and 2months later I still have not figured it out

Now tell me how they are gonna handle a kid scamming on the I-NET

Sounds about right.I contacted the Yucaipa PD about this kid when he ripped me off. They didn't really seem to care much because it wasn't a huge amount of money. They said a detective would call me and never heard from them again.I also contacted my local PD about it.They at least showed some interest, but told me that since it was less than,I believe the amount was $250,that they wouldn't pursue it.I guess that's why Chad keeps getting away with it.

Unless it's over 500 it's not grand larceny. They wont touch it period. Even then like I have always said unless you live in a really sloooooooooow town with a sheriff named barney....odds are the police will laugh at you when you leave the station or hang up the phone. Sucks but it's the truth (at least here in socal)

Everybody that has been ripped off by this joker needs to file a 'Mail Fraud Complaint' You can find the link under my posting "Beware of mustanggt895.0"

You may not get your money or goods back but you will have the satifaction that the United Postal Service is investigating him, I suggest everybody that has been scammed by him or anyone else to file this complaint.

There is a disturbing trend of people stealing from people on a regular basis on this forum and we have to stop it. Take the time, file the complaint and let the authorities handle these people. Wouldn't it be great if we could post the headlines of a few of these jokers that have been caught and spent some time in jail.

Every police dept is different I guess. I had a kid named Cody Erskine from Washington try to scam me over on RCcrawler for a $250 revo. The kid kept giving me excuse after excuse, so I just got sick of waiting and called his local PD. They jumped on it right away. Had the police to his house the following day, watched him box up the revo and I got it 3-4 days later. I got a call about a week later following up if I recieved it and I told them I had, and they had asked me if I wanted to press charges.Since I got the revo and am all the way in Mn. I told them no, so the dept. decided to press charges themselves. He got 9 days in jail, 60 hours of community service and 3 years probation.

So I say keep at it. Eventually they will care and relize they need to get on this kid. Being from a small town could work to your advantage that way.

I got ripped off for exactly $500 before from a guy in Misouri.I contacted his and my local PD.An officer from my PD contacted the guy and explained to him the severity of what he did. That scumbag must have wanted to stay out of jail because he paid all the money back within less than 2 weeks.$100 here,$200 there and I got every dime back.Haven't seen him on any r/c forum since. From what I heard,he also made good with a few other people he ripped off before me.Amazing how these losers come to their senses once the police do get involved. If only we could get one cop in Yucaipa to pay this kid a visit.May be just what it takes to put an end to his crap.
