Hey Lotus, remember when Bill mentioned something about not being able to access his PayPal? So how did Local racer get access to PayPal evidence stating Bill sent the money?
If a check or money order was issued and cashed, how about posting some pics as evidence? Oh wait, Local racer nor Bill have any evidence.

Well is it worked out? You said you would handle it. Now you need to follow through. Maybe you cant prove your point and put your tail between your legs. Sounds like Bill F---ed this guy and you cant help or solve the problem.

This would be easy to prove if a payment was made.
