I sent my payment (50$) for a 94359 servo on November 26. he said it would be sent out first thing the morning of November 28. didnt here anything from him till December 2 which said this:

I still havent got the servo 1 week and 3 days later from that message. its not been 16 days since i sent payment, i have no tracking number, and he wont return any of my messages or anything. What should i do?
It's safer to be .. safe.. then to wait and see. I personally geniunely believe he is in a rougher patch in his life atm due solely to the link I gave you in the other thread.
He was willing to sell his entire setup for 125 when it wasn't his intentions or even "sactioned" you could say. But he was going to stick to his word. That means alot.
He did mention how thankfull he was, and he was in a desperate state of financial difficulty (as I read it)
However, I would still follow through with the proper options, Paypal claim, ISP tracking, Home #, address etc.
EDIT: I wouldn't be screaming Scammer just yet... but be cautious and follow through with making sure you get whats owed to you, one way or the other.

i filed a dispute. he said he was in the hospital and he would got out last wednesday and he said he would send the servo last thursday if i dropped the dispute, so like a dumb ass i dropped it, and now havent heard from him.
Get ahold of Paypal AGAIN then.. File again, PM/Email him again, CALL paypal again and again and again if you have to. I hate to see this happening, but without him stepping up and atleast posting, and or keeping you updated if he is indeed in a medical situation.. to have time to make and excues, is to have time to make it right. (family ship it for him maybe) something could have been done.

i tried to file again and it wouldnt let me so i called pay pal and they said there is nothing they can do. and if he was in the hospital like he says he was then how did he send me a message responding to the pay pal dispute but he cant respond to anything else. I just hope that none of you have to deal with this guy.

WELL I DONT KNOW IF I WANT TO TELL ANYONE THIS BUT, i AM HIS SON. HE IS STILL IN THE HOSPITAL. THE SERVO IS AT THE MOTEL HE WAS STAYING AT AND I AM TRYING TO GET OVER THERE AND GET IT. EVERY TIME I HAVE TRIED THE PERSON WHOS ROOM IT IS IN HASENT BEEN HOME. I WILL TRY AND GET IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU WANT TO PM ME WITH THE ADRESS I WILL TRY AND GET IT OUT TO YOU ASAP.
ALSO THERE WAS SOMEONE HE SAID HE SOLD SOME CLUTCH STUFF TO. LET ME KNOW IF YOU KNOW WHO THAT IS. THANKS AND I AM TRUELY SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE. HE IS IN A VERY BAD PLACE RIGHT NOW WITH HIS LIFE. HE ACTUALLY SOLD HIS WHOLE SET UP FOR 200. AND THATS WITH THE M8 AND SPECTRUM.
