Dude , honest people dont hold items that have been paid for for 3 weeks.If you would have sent it out first thing like you should have , you would have no issues and nobody would be on here giving you a ration of sh*t right now.
By the way, I have run an ebay store for 3 years. I had to deal with a couple instances where peoples kids used their credit cards for buying stuff and caused some issues. Their parents are no longer ebay members. I also know of One person that got kicked off ebay for letting their kids sell under their account.You dont get it . ebay doesnt care if mommy and daddy say you can do it. They dont make the rules.Ebay does.So iif you wanna see your mom and dad real pissed,let them get some funds withdrawn from their bank account to replace some money for an item you sold and the buyer never got.
Dude the bottom line is as long as these guys get their stuff you wont have anything to sweat,BUT if you were dealing with me, I would have already filed a paypal dispute, contacted the authorities both here and where you live and contacted the FBI. So you are lucky you are dealing with a tolerant couple of guys , otherwise some people would have already been to see your mom and dad, So you really need to thank these guys for NOT making your life hell and dropping an internet fraud charge on your ass before you are even old enough to vote.

1) If your mother doesn't know you've done all this (using her information to open an account) you've engaged in IDENTITY THEFT.
2) If your mother DOES know you've done this SHE'S engaged in bank fraud.
Either way, the Feds would be very interested.

When a guy tried scamming me, I got the revo and the police dept. still pressed charges on him. If ya steal something from a store, get caught, then return it, your still gonna be in trouble. Because you got caught and returned it, doesnt make it go away..
