That's what I was attempting to say in the first post I made. If he HAD shipped it 3 weeks ago, then as he claims re-routed it.. he could have supplied that #, we could check it. IF he does ship tomorrow as he now claims, and again posted the #, we could check it too.
I know I sure as sh$t would do everything I could to clear my name. It's all you have in this situation.
I sold something to someone in Australlia a while back, forgot to pack in 1 $2.00 part. ... I went back to the Post Office and shipped it out .. which cost me another $14.00 just to keep my feedback/name/and most importantly concious clear.

Oh wait he just brought up the best part of all this that even I didnt think about!!! You shipped 3 weeks ago and YOU rerouted it.. IN ORDER FOR YOU TO CALL THEM AND THEM BE ABLE TO LOCATE WHERE IT WAS IN ORDER FOR THEM TO PHYSICALLY PUT THEIR HANDS ON IT AND TOUCH IT you would have to have valid tracking numbers to give them so they could find it So yeah let's see those 3 week old tracking numbers BUB!!!!!! I know im just typing this for nothing because now the scammer will come back with the usual scammer reply.. it doesnt matter cause Im shipping tomorrow... I think what you need to do is google search scammers online like I think you already did and just go ahead and repeat the same things they said and did and youll end this the same way they did.. LOCKED UP!!!!
A scammer on RCC tried scamming me out of a revo, and I didnt play around at all and just called his local Pd after a few weeks of no replies and no communications. Few days after calling the police, I had the revo at my door. I chose not to press charges but the police dept. did and the guy got 2 years of probation and 9 days in jail.. Only reason I didnt press charges was because I didnt feel like flying to Washington. Like I said before, dont play games with this crap. the more time that passes, the worse it looks. So just call his local PD and get it over with.
yours first because thats where the item you sent him or money you sent him originated from and then if you shipped him something then call the shipping company and then call his local police... Then finally file with internet fraud!!!
Your police, Shipper,His Police then Internet fraud in that order and advise each one who your calling next and get a number from each place to give to the other 3... .names and so on.. theyll get in touch with eachother to work together with you to get his ASS!!! SIMPLE!!!

Im not gonna say I am 100% sure, but I bet that is not a valid number. The only correct thing is the number of digits. Besides if he schedules a "pickup" and you enter that tracking number in UPS it would say Billing information received, then once picked up it would say package scanned then you would not get any info till the next day. I know this for a fact I have a UPS pickup route and ship 10 packages a day with UPS.
