If this is true I certainly hope someone sorts this guy out.... or hopefully karma will.

The forums should have an IP checker now with this layout. B/c my forums uses same layout but diff version so might not.

Whoever is mod or admin should check into this matter before some innocent ppls head get chopped off.

Also Thunder that image looks alot like the same Car lots of ppl got scammed with.

Hmmm...I just KNOW there's a HUGE pot of irony somewhere in that response. Maybe if I keep looking I'll find it...

AHA!!

"Legit reason"..."received 3 unpaid item strikes".

For that alone I wouldn't deal with you if you had the last widget I needed to get my RC car back on the track. Doesn't matter who your alternate ID's might be here or anywhere else, you admit that you don't live up to committments you've made. Right here. In black and grey, so to speak.

That doesn't fly for THREE reasons:

a) Just because you enter $20 doesn't mean jack...someone else has to bid it up to just short of $20 for you to get stuck with that price. Now there MIGHT be someone that stupid, but it ain't bloody likely. Even if there were, the following applies...

b) You created an obligation for yourself. You had to 1) mistype in the $20.00 bid, then 2) CONFIRM your bid where it shows you the amount printed out that you've entered. If you're careless enough to make TWO mistakes in a row like that AND had the misfortune of having a moron bidding against you then $20 would be a cheap price to pay to maintain your good and honorable name. At least you'd have the body clips.

Finally,

c) That's a lame explanation for ONE non-paying bidder strike. What are the other two.

Oh yeah...maybe provide a link to that $20 body clip transaction. That would be worth seeing just because it's a Perfect Storm of idiocy as you describe it.

By the way, to answer your question, had the same situation occured to me you're damn right I'd have paid for the bag of body clips. I'd have paid if it was ONE body clip. That's what integrity is.

That's ONE difference, anyway. I'm sure there are MANY more.

How 'bout those other two strikes...can you give us another fairy tale about those too?

First and Foremost, how in the world are you going to explain the fact that your exact description and exact same picture of this Revo are on 4 different RC forums, posted by umpteen different user names, all of which were created within a week of posting the item? AND, this Revo started appearing months ago, and is STILL not sold?

Please Admin, get this guys IP address and track him down. Let's prosecute him to the fullest extent the law allows.
