Default Watch This guy. odogg88 off ebay..hes a scamer

Hi All. If any of you are going to do business with this Guy..odogg88.

michael lupo.
[email protected].

DONT..
Hes a scammer.. i bought a Hara 1/12. A novak GTX speedy and a V2 dynasty 19 turn motor..
Paid for it wth paypal..and didint recieve,,
he said he sent it ,,but after 3 months,,i didnt get it..and when I ask him..he says that I have got it and im trying to do a shonky..
He wont produce a reciept as proof of postage, and hes just being very unreasonable..so give him a big miss.

paypal cant/wont help as its been longer that 60 days,,and being an overseas transaction..im gonna have no-chance of getting it back..
so if any of you guys know this guy..give him a clip in the head for me..im in australia,,so its a bit hard for me..

these type of people make it hard to buy and sell between us,,we will slowly all loose faith in each other..
regards
mike

PM me his info, email me a copy of the PayPal transaction, and any other
supporting evidence, and I'll call the Tampa Police Dept and file a report on your behalf.

There's a big regional race up there in a couple weeks - mebbe we can shake the tree, and see what falls out.

also, you noticed he sold a GTX ESC in April - same one, maybe?

To be fair, the guy has over 190 positive feedbacks.

Did you pay for EMS shipping with insurance, or chose the lower cost shipping with no insurance.

I am not saying its your fault, but he doesnt exactly look like a scammer from his feedback.

Like R-Job says - he won't produce shipping receipts.

Using PayPal, you MUST have delivery conf, and anything over $250, MUST have Signature Confirmation, according to their terms.

I'd go back to PayPal, and make them aware, that ship-via-ocean, can take over 28-32 BUSINESS days, which amounts to alot of time.

Default SHIPPING

Hi all.
thanks for all the posiative help/comments.
I am toni-lee...
i did contact Paypal..But, as it was over 60 days..they cant/wont help...i have no help off ebay..as its over 60 days,,agian..
I waited 10 weeks, because i have got things before from the US and it has taken this long..But no longer..
I have gotten lot of r/c related gear off all u guys in the US..and this is the first..and happened to have cost me $280 us dollars..
I asked for snail freight as i was in know rush..and when you want tracking numbers etc..the freight goes through the roof and its not worth buying...
I asked if he would end two other auctions he had going,( a GTX speedy and a Dynasty V-2 motor)..
he said ok and that he will just add more freight to cover the other items..
Seemed ok to me..hes feedback said he was ok????????
Now he cant/wont produce a reciept for $137 US for the freight...MMMMMM
seems shonky..
and ays too me that i should have got it in 8 days..then i ask to what address he sent it to.. and he copies my details off paypal and sends that,,with a few un-warrente comments...

I TOO CHECKED HIS FEEDBACK befopre I BOUGHT..AND HE SEEMED OK..(as i always do!).

But guys,,you should read his emails..I wont show..(as im not that kind of person) and you can see why I think he is scamming me..

I have contacted me c/card company..they are looking into it..How long will that take?
i have my post offce saying that they have NOT recieved that type of parcel foe me at any of those dates...
hes a toss...
thanks again
mike

Actually, it says "All positive feedback received: 293". And only one negative.

I believe BritRacer was referring to feedback rating.

I, myself, do not even LOOK at total feedbacks received, because that counts duplicates. There's some people, that I've bought like 8-12 things from, and that would be 8-12 fb's received.

If you paid for it with paypal, linked to your credit card, then you CAN dispute it with your Credit Card company.

However, in the PayPal agreement, it says you cannot, but...

I can tell you this - if you DO dispute it with your C/C company, unlink your bank account and credit card accounts from paypal, because they WILL try to get it back from you.

Also, be prepared to have your paypal account closed, because they will do it after all is said and done.

Granted, but that's another 100+ positive transactions. That's all I was pointing out.

I'll use this as an example:

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...id=knight-tech

He ripped off about 30-40 of us on his way out.

You never know!!!

Default RIPPED OFF

Hi again..Im not too worried about Paypal or ebay any more..ill close it and then try again..Ive learned two things from this..get a tracking number (wonder how hard it is to find a lost parcel, or get the money back if it has a tracking number?).
And..dont use indaviduals (EBAY) to buy gear off..pay a bit more, get it NEW and NO headaches.......
AND PAYPAL SUCKS!!!!!.
it will cost me $120 for the c/card company to try and get the monies backk...but I have to fill out some papers at the police station..More money,,
Is it worth it
The c/card company does not garrentee that they will be succesful.
Karmas a bitch and it tends to bite you in the bum when you dont want it..
thanks again guys..
maybee some one has to create an internet buyers policing company..say to check out and confirm peoples good intentions?
just a thought..
mike
