Default Nitro On-Road track in Sacramento, CA.

Finally, there is a track to run your Nitro On-Road car in the Sacramento Area!

We set up every Sunday at 9:00am on Winona just off Watt Ave. It's covered so the rain is no big deal.

PM me for details.

You mean there is now ANOTHER place in the sacramento area. Did you forget about www.speedworldraceway.com in Roseville? The host of the 2006 ROAR onroad nats and one of the best tracks in the country?

Yes, there is another track, lol. Guess I should mention that we allow nitro cars on our track and we do not require a ROAR membership to run.

That is a killer track at Speedworld tho....

Heh, yeah, my dog freaks out whenever I start one of my cars at the house. You'd think he would be used to it by now.......hehehehe

We are working on getting the equipment to host a race. We are hoping to have some races this summer. We're a new club so we are still working out the kinks. Right now it is practice only.

Yeah, it is pretty nice. The rain doesn't bother us unless the wind is blowing hard, then it blows the rain in the sides and gets all wet. It's going to be great in the summer when it's 110 outside. No more baking in the sun while driving.

It's pretty large, the back straight is 200 feet long and the entire thing is surrounded by a chain link fence so a runaway car wont hit any spectators. We haven't had a runaway yet but it could happen....Sometimes these little nitro cars get outta hand!!

Yes, it's used heavily during the week The lot is used for parking for the establishment next door. However, we're looking into getting a driver's stand that's portable or able to be disassembled at the end of the day. At the moment, we use several step stools that work out pretty good.
