Yes there is!

I still have my Serpent Impact and I will never get rid of it... It just needs another motor. I would also like to see 1/12th Scale MOD and 190mm MOD electric cars on the track as well!

I still have two unpainted 235mm bodies to slap on a 235mm ride. Maybe I'll look into a Serpent ride and a nice .15 engine.

November 6th??? Chavo, where do you think we are, Florida? I hope you get a great turnout, but it's gonna be too cold for me.

You're not going to see the electric guys any more this year. They've moved indoors on carpet for the rest of the season. You won't see them until April.

Next year promises to be a great year for nitro racing!

jiml.....i've been checking the weather channel and it seems as if the day is gonna be good. It's supposed to be partly cloudy with the temp in the 60's and if the sun comes out enough, it may just go into the low 70's.

Is there anyone up there at the track now? I may go up there to run my R40. Shoulda went a little earlier but a good run sounds fun. Not sure if I gotta hit the toll bridge along the way.

Lightbulb

Today is Wednesday. I'm off from both work and school so it seems like a good day to go and race a bit. The R40 and Mugen are going. All I need though is a pit table so gonna hop on over to Costco to see if that have any.

It's that time of year that nitro onroad and offroad are coming to an end, while the elec gurus bust out their gear and get ready for indoor onroad/offroad bashing. There are a few tracks that do have nitro offroad indoor and onroad, but the key word here is few.

Welp I went today and was all alone...except for a spectator who I plan to sell him my Futaba 3PDFX. He was sorta low on cash so I gave him some tips to solve the glitching problem for his elec 2wd XXT, see if I got a spare battery pack so he can use, and gave him some body clips I just bought. Not a bad shop indeed and he did try to sell me an ofna starter box for $100 with power panel n single motor. I really like my dual motor box as it serves it's purpose. However with my friend in need of a box it's a chance for me to sell this one and get a brand new one. Enough chit chat here's my pics n video clips. The clips were done by myself so it was hard to drive a bit faster.

I'd say the track is a little smaller than floyd, but it's just as smooth, a nice technical layout and really cool. I didn't bother go on the drivers stand as I had to do my own marshalling. My old GRPS provided plenty grip and have a ton of foam left on them for future runs. One problem that did strike was my R40 suddenly stopped and now there is a ton of binding in the drivetrain. I have no idea why, but going to inspect the rear of the car to see if anything really is stuck in there. I'll be heading upto Floyd on Sunday if I can to meet up with some other guys and do another run. I may consider buying the spektrum module though and see if this glitching does go away.

Unhappy

Indeed it is a nice track. Very smooth, multiple layouts and only outside barriers to crash into. If you go to far in the turn, you just get in the grass. Too bad some bad weather is coming out way so that puts a dent in my plans for returning there on Sunday.
