CVR-Central Valley Raceway-MADERA,CA Official thread
Hello,
I am the club and track promoter for CVRCC(central valley r/c club) and CVR(central valley raceway)we had a couple of other threads on here but i decided to combine them to this one.
we have formed a club and purchased the track we used to race at and transformed it into the facility you see here
we offer all classes of racing in both nitro and electric, the pics above are of our nitro track from atop our drivers stand which is a sea-train shipping container.
heres a pic of it after it was just moved into place.
the electric track has been started but is not finished yet but will be soon mother nature has not been kind to us this year
we have pit tables there for use that are lighted and have power running to them, our tracks are lit up like a football field and we have a washing bin for tires and such and also a air hose for blowing things off.
there is a pilot gas station less than 5min away and they have subway, denny's,dairy queen there and a wendy's across the street.
there is also an on-site restroom, and we have an agreement with a hobby store owner who will be coming out to supply parts if you break(www.myrcsupply.com).
Our opening day is MAY 5th and 6th but we will be racing the fridays before this wetaher permitting of course.
please check out our website and forums at www.centralvalleyrcclub.com
and register for our forums if you so desire.
thanks alot and i will keep this thread updated with pics and happenings that are going on out there.
very shortly you well be hearing the CVR name being associated with some bid time events coming very soon
