I'm only aware of 1 (there may be more - I'm new to the hobby). Hotshot RC in Marietta. They have indoor on and off-road tracks. Their hours are a bit limited, but I've enjoyed going so far. (They're open Wed-Sat only). (I'm a new user so apparently I can't post a URL, but it's hotshotrc with the normal www and dot-com at the end

Make sure you check the schedule on the website as they run a lot of races, so if you're looking for open track for practice you'll want to check first.
