Default San Diego Area - off road Tue/Wed night

Hey all

I am going to be in SAn Diego for a few days during the week and have a Tue/Wed night free, would be good to race some off road if possible.

Are there any tracks around san diego area / less than 1 hr drive that hold mid-week races??

Sorry but I drive a Bk1. But I find that if you run the inside hole on the rear shock mount it runs better. Also short front camber links and long rear camber links. Hope this helps a little. The track can get very bumpy.

Wow, that setup was a lot different than anything I ran on my BK2 at Family. Most people cant drive my off-road setups, they are ultra loose, but ultra fast.

Set up to turn in hard and square off the corner. Make for a nice point to point car. For Me!

Randy thanks for your help in sending me in the right direction to race round here!!

I had no luck yesterday, they were running stock so i had to buy motor/gears etc etc... but i only had time to practice mod.

Then i stripped a servo horn in one race, my car turned itself off in the second, and the final...i forgot to put locktite on the new servo horn so that came loose...

great track and well worth the drive, the level of driving was way above my local track... I will definately try and get more meeting out here!!

You can always go to SoCal to get an ass whoopin. The level of talent like you said is really high there in every class. It's not exactly the easiest track to learn either.. There was a 11 heat turnout there yesterday, lots more than on-road has been getting lately.
