I am visiting the Santa Cruz area on the weekend of Jan 22nd. If anyone knows information about racing in the area, please let me know.

This is where I got most of my information about the goings on in that area when I lived out there. Looks like they have plenty of threads about racing.

Thanks, that helps. What classes are normally run and how does the competition compare to other places? Is there any other tracks in the area for Onroad?

Sorry I can't be much more help than that. Haven't lived there since 2002.

But I CAN tell you that you'll find some of the fastest touring cars in the US out there. It's been a while since I did the hardcore touring thing, but a few years ago few of the fastest guys out there are former national champs. (from one type of R/C class or another.)
