Default Tracks / Shops in Indy area

Just recently moved to the Indy area (west side) and I'm looking for a track and shop, surprisingly enough, I haven't see anything other than a Hobby Town in Greenwood.

There is a carpet oval at the marion county fairgrounds. Search r/car or the big rug indy and you will find it.

There is alson indyrcraceway.com for more carpet.

It is a start

Awesome facility ! A group of us routinely make the drive from Dayton to race there. Big track, concessions, helpful racers, great race director.

So weird that with all the pro race shops ran out of the Indy area that there isn't more of an interest in R/C racing.

I have both on-road and off-road gear, but I was hoping to find an off-road track close by. I seen websdite for the old indoor offraod track that used to be here, too bad that's not still open, it's exactly what I'm looking for to get my son started in R/C.
