Default Starting a successful track

All of you average joes how did you guys make it possible to keep a place to race open. I just dont understand with how much properties are now and how much rent is these days its possible. Any inside tips would be greatly appreciated.

pencil and paper make quick and easy work out of it
the basic numbers can be calculated on the back of a business card
it's all the little stuff that nickle and dimes people to death
the same approach should be taken toward income, maximize every opportunity

same as any business
