Default off-road/on-road nitro (no ovals) in Bay Area?

Might be moving to the Bay Area in CA (maybe Hayward or Oakland). I'm looking for some off-road and on-road nitro racing tracks (no ovals) in or around this area. Any help or info/links will be greatly appreciated!

Here's what "I" know.

www.rccar.com
On road gas/electric Club In San Jose, formerly run by Joel Johnson, multi-time IFMAR World Champion

www.rcracing.com
San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento Racers

www.deltarc.com
Brand new gas/electric offroad track being built NOW on the combined sites of the old offroad track and the old dirt oval. Been in continuous operation since approximately 1986 in various locations. It has a banked paved oval/on road track that hosted the 2000 NORRCA onroad nationals. But it's being converted (which will make it a "had") to dirtoval, because [ask me IRL if you make it over here].

www.rc-racing.com
"The starting grid" 2005 offroad "conference", item 70 deals with Delta RC racers

www.rams-rc.com
they hosted the ROAR onroad fuel nationals in 2004 and back in '96 (? a while ago, anyways).

Hobbyworld in Gilroy has an offroad track, but they don't seem to want to race on it or able to attract actual racing racers beyond the backyard basher type (not that there's anything wrong with that).

Hobbyworld in San Jose had a track that was doing, uh, ok?, but a [now deceased] neighbor couldn't deal with it and got the last word, with the city of San Jose declaring there would be no racing. You can practice there if you want.

In Morgan Hill, there's a track that is affiliated with RC Unlimited (the post death morph of Castle Hobbies). It's new, and there is no racing yet.

There's also a couple of other onroad programs running in the greater SFBA, but there electric onroads in parking lots with boards.

HTH
