We got new pictures on the first post. The track really resembles a scale size motocross track. Very technical a far as jumps. You have to have throttle control or you will end up last. Track is very fun!!! There will be $10.00 practice from 10:00am till dark this coming up Saturday.

Track is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is not the typical RC track layout. It is almost straight up motocross. The track is very very fun. I will see if we can get directions posted on the front post.

I use my DX3S as my stop watch for the time being but there is going to be a timing system for the track in the near future. Most of the newer radios have down/up timers on them and for now thats what I use!!!Or,you can pay the wife to stand there with a stopwatch!!!

Hey Joe,long time no hear!!!! The way I go is I-99 to the Bellwood exit and at the stop sign when you get off exit make a right and the next left is Skelp Mt. Follow that road straight up the mountain and down the other side (it will have one stop sign on this road, keep going straight after stop sign on Selp Mt RD.)you will pass a few farms and wide open lands so dont think your lost like I did!!. You will come to where there is a church (with a cemetery) on the right,at the point there is a left hand turn called Church Hill Rd.Follow Church Hill Rd up the mountain and continue straight, there will be a T in the road were you can make a left or go striaght, but keep going straight on Baldauf Rd keep straight and you will see a house on left with a bunch of garbage and junk in the yard,go past that and down the hill to the farm at the bottom of the hill and you will see us at the track. You can call one of us Joe in case you get lost but once you find the track it really is easy to get there.I actually was worried about getting lost the first time out there with a car with 170,000 miles, but it really sounds more difficult than it is!!!!! To me,it is WELL worth the trip.

Gabe or Jim,
The 1st pic on page 1 (BIG JUMP) was that tested with say a Stock SC ?
Can that be made ? or does it have to be rolled ? Just curious
Weather, has i believe some rain for Sat., Sun. an option if cancelled ?
Also good to hear that Joe's still around & RCing

That jump is deceiving. A stock 2x4 SCT will make it. That jump is all throttle control. You just easily jump over the top and land on the other side. It was designed to slow you down, and that's what you gotta do. And yes Sunday if it rains and the track looks ok.
