Also i found out our clay connect ran short so we will not have a change completed on schedule. I will try to resolve this asap!

Even without adding more classes, the event start time needs to be much earlier. In chatting with folks that race in various venues, the need for pit time, charging time, and simply time to relax, or grab a snack is what seperates the really great tracks from the good tracks.
Last race weekend, we had 30 minute breaks between rounds we are attemping to give you enough time to charge and still make the mains.
I love running slower and easy going events. But we just havent gotten the chance too. We are working on it.
Lights will help with this.

Shawn maybe a 4pm start might be in order this weekend. This way you will have enough time to get the races in without rushing to much and take care of any issue that may arise. You could always take a longer break between rounds if the program runs smooth.
