I was wondering what the mud flaps on Donny's sedan were all about...

As expected Hobby Central traction was good except turn out was only 6 heats. Had fun though. Good racing edseb.

Sorry I didn't make it out guys. I've had bronchitis all week and I'm going to 4fun hobbies for testing tomorrow if the weather allows. I needed a day of rest at home.

Thanks Mike. Sorry you couldn't make it Jon. My Hobby Central bad luck happened again and and ran my new back up car. Pretty good and had lots of fun anyway. The TC4 wasn't bad, but would have been happier with sway bars and one-way. Probably La Mirada next weekend.

I actually really liked this layout. Most of the time its tight and bash fest, the layout was actually fairly flowing.

Yeah- track layout was a blast. Much more fun being able to open up the throttle and battle other cars and not the track.

Jon- feel your pain. Took me 3 weeks to shake the bronchitis from my lungs last month.

Yeah, with the spool in the TC4, car pushed in to turns. One way might help and I might try a little more anti squat since it seemed to push in to turns and hook/oversteer out. Also, my Schumacher still has major glitching issues and that has been my other car to run. Corally= Stripped rear belt, TC4= too new and not enough tuning options in my parts box of my pit, Schumacher Mi2= pushes and glitches, Yokomo CGM= can't seem to get it to hook up without it rolling like a cadillac, Losi XXXSG+= never could seem to figure this car's tuning out. All these cars and I can't seem to find the perfect car without problems.

Guess that's why they call it a hobby. Couldn't be the driver.

Where can I shop for one of those radios? Will it really make that much difference and does it have all the same radio features that I like on my M8?

It's the Spektrum Module and Receiver package that Horizon just released at the Chigago show. The Losi guys have been prototyping it for quite a while now.

You don't have to worry about freq's or anything. If your car is glitching, it's something in the car, not someone else. But it's also too high of a frequancy for noise from the motor to cause glitching between the radio and reveiver. I can't wait until I get mine.

Yeah- this stuff will rock the hobby in a big way. really cool stuff. I wouldn't expect mass availability till Christmas. You'll have to be hooked up like Jon or very lucky to find one right now...
