RPM Racing, Melbourne's newest Off Road RC Track is under construction in Werribee.

We're aiming for end of March to complete the construction with a launch planned for early April...

Hi All,

Just a quick update...

We've finished stage 1. The clearing and pegged the site today before the Heavens opened...we need the rain...

The site is now prepared for the stage 2 which is to install the new fence posts this Wednesday, the base will be laid next weekend...weather permitting...After that, we lay the track...so any one willing to help would be fantastic...I'll post the exact day...

Hi All,

With the recent heavy rain the site is perfect for mud slinging. We're hoping for that the site dries out by Wednesday so we can commence work on the fence posts..fingers crossed...

Hi All,

Sorry for the long time between updates...The track is progressing again and we have the first of four loads of crush rock delivered this afternoon which will be used for the car park...see photo.

We also have potential members riding their motocross bikes enjoying the sun...

The leveling of the car park will commence tomorrow...

Well guys the end is near, i spent the day today at the track and got the tyres and piping all down including the pit entry and pit exit ready for some action, the jumps still need some more clay added to them before they can be rolled and shaped properly, the two table top jumps need some more clay to so they can be finished off properly with nice long landing ramps, i lso think a nice rythem section will be added in the future.

The layout has beed designed as it can be changed into about 6 different tracks by just moving the piping and tyres around, which will make it a great place to enjoy your rc hobby as you never know what the the track will be until you turn up ready for some fun, now of course i had to be the first to hit the track with the buggy after my 8 hours of labour in the heat today, so here is the footage from today......enjoy and hope to see you at the track sunday the 23rd for a working bee to get the last few touches done, grass cleared, driver stand completed and some track time of course before next saturdays FUN DAY AT RPM RACEWAY 29TH JANUARY 2011.

Thanks a million to Savage Sam and all who has helped with the track build.

The track layout looks amazing and I'm sure there are many enthusiasts will enjoy their hobby at the RPM Racing track...

We are all excited about SAT 29TH JANUARY for the initial track opening...

There will be Sausages and Drinks available...A good start to get know everyone and enjoy the day...

The RPM Racing - Werribee track was open on the 29th JAN 2011 for driver testing. It held well and some areas will be improved moving forward.
