Right now they are open on Sundays, which is race day, and typically one Friday nights for practice.

There have not been any monster trucks showing up.

I think he is open 3-10 on Fridays. 3-10 on Sundays with racing typically beginning around 5:00.

Still racing at 5 on Sundays? Haven't had a free weekend in a while and would like to come out and race.

Absolutely! Track has been re-done again. It is a little more challenging with a few bigger jumps than what we have had in the past. Starting a points series race I believe Oct. 2. Also an enduro race on Nov. 5. Flyers for both events at Colerain Hobbies.

Wow, you weren't kidding about the bigger jumps! Had a blast on the new track.

Funny thing, we had more 1/10th buggies than short course trucks last night (Including my new B4).

Glad you liked the track! That is unusual that there were more 1/10 buggies than short course. I know a few of us that race short course were unable to make it last night. I should be back next week to race short course and maybe the open wheel with my Losi XXX-SCB.

Hey folks. This is my first time posting, I've been reading a lot.

I have some youngsters that want to come up and race the track. One has a SCT and the other has a stampede. Would it be worth our hour drive to come up and let them "play" to see how they like it? Or would be just be in the way.

The 6 year old will be fine on the track, he's been running his truck for two years.
The 4 year old is just learning but he does pretty good but if other people are on the track he would pretty much play crash up derby lol.

I'd love to see some Pictures of the pit setups and such. Thanks!

Hey, Brian, I think the kids would be just fine. I think you would be better suited coming on a Friday night rather than on a Sunday. Sundays are race days and Fridays are practice days. However, if the 6 year old is wanting to race, there is usually a youth class on Sundays if enough show. They all gotta start sometime and somewhere. Hope to see you there!

Ron

PS -I don't have any photos of the track or pit area to share. However, there are usually plenty of tables with electric provided.

Think you for the reply. The good people at Florence told us we should check it out. This Friday may be a go!
