I have every Losi 1/36th. If you would be willing to run the Truggy's I am buying 2 of those one for me and my dad. He would be into racing.. we are both new to this.

That works for me!!! LOL... Truggy's are 1/24!!! They fly around the house!!! Building a dirt track at our house can't wait to put them on it!!! Amain has them for $109 RTR right now. I bet Tim could get them for you also. Wouldn't be able to run them till after Easter tho.

I think if we get 4 or more they would let us run them. Just gotta worry about them getting stepped on.

When could I pick up the RS? (Might still take the 13.5 also) Let you know soon.

I will need help wiring. I have a bunch of extra Battery Connecters that I use. But I have no wiring. Just tell me what wiring I need.
I'll leave the wiring on the ESC, all you have to do is solder it to the motor. I'll show you how and give you a hand so you know how its done for the future.

For offroad, I'd run a 17.5, anything more and you are in mod...which I think died off. I've got a few 17.5's for sale too

I'll be down at the track on Friday and probably Saturday too.

I'm amazed there has been no interest in the servos....here are their specs:

JR 9100S:
Torque: 4.8V: 150.0 oz-in (10.80 kg-cm)
6.0V: 180.0 oz-in (12.96 kg-cm)
Speed: 4.8V: 0.08 sec/60°
6.0V: 0.06 sec/60°

JR 9100HVS:
Torque: 7.4V: 230.0 oz-in (16.56 kg-cm)
Speed: 7.4V: 0.06 sec/60°

They were easily the most significant change I've ever made for the responsiveness of my cars. Bought one to try and immediately bought the other two more because the change was that big. Does your SC10 turn well sometimes and then pushes through a turn like you didnt even steer? Throw one of these in and either a HD servo saver spring, or glue the stock servo saver.....never have that weak steering feeling again.

Thumbs down Castle BLAH

Talked to Castle Creations about my Mamba Max Pro and my 5700KV Brushless, they told me it would take 4 weeks turn around on repairs for warranty work!!! So between the ESC cutting out with contact and the motor being built backwards I don't know what is worse!!!

Please bring me luck on Friday with the Tekin RS and Novak Ballistic 13.5.

Talking Buggy info

Has anyone seen or ran a Kyosho DBX VE 2.0 4WD Buggy???

Is there a class I can run this in @ PT?

I sorta have a chance that I can put my hands on one of these.

The DBX VE is a 1/9 buggy - it is sort of a 1/10 scale chassis in terms of length, but like a 1/8 scale car in terms of width since it has wider, truck-style arms. Here's a link to the product page:

I would say that you could probably run the buggy in the 4wd buggy class on Fridays when it runs.

All the specs are pointing to the 1/8 Class Buggy!!! Some tracks said I could run it in the 1/8 E-Scale!!! So wouldn't be getting it for PT!!! But might be good for me to play in the dirt some.

It's sort of a hybrid platform - comparable to the new Losi 810 buggy which is a 1/10 scale buggy with a 1/8 design and driveline. The DBX is a similar situation. They're a blast to drive though because they're so nimble.
