Mark is right, Wednesday nights are practice for $5 from 5-9 and Friday nights are off-road racing, doors open at 5 racing begins at 7:30. This Sunday we are open for oval, doors open at 12 and racing starts at 2. not sure about the rest of the winter schedule for Oval. Many run 2wd truck sc and 2wd buggies on sunday, so it is not limited to only flat track oval cars. $10 for the first class and $5 for every class you run after that. Big Andy will explain more to you when you come about family memberships and so on.

you can find A lot of info on the website about the classes, but here are the basics.
Broken down to stock and modified.
Stock is any esc with a 17.5 motor.

Modified is any turn motor and any esc. Suggest not going past a 10.5, just because the track isn't huge and to control it 13.5 will be the most you should need. 10.5 pushes the limits and is hard to control.

All classes are 6 cell old style/nimh packs and 2 cell lipos. (exception to this is modified sc/you can run 3cell lipos if you choose. It adds a lot of speed that isn't needed to get around the track and makes it harder to control.

We have a novice class for the kids which is a run what type of car you have until you get used to your vehicle.

Moving out of novice it is recommended that you win 4 weeks in the main to advance to the next level.

Also suggest running stock and getting used to the carpet and your car before you jump to modified. It helps out and makes it fun rather than frustrating. Some come in that have little experience racing on carpet throw a modified motor in and end up flipping over a lot and not having fun because they spend a lot of time on their lid rather than racing. Carpet is really high grip and very different than dirt, it takes a little getting used to the grip and the tighter track. Just something to think about.

Yeah it's pretty simple. Hockey season started though, and now I have practice every Friday night... Once I have my license (hopefully in January) I'll be able to come out afterwards, but doubt I'll get there on time for racing

just letting everyone know we will be at the track tomorrow and sunday for racing.
Anyone want to take a video of the action is more than welcome. Id like to try and get the 2wd buggy truck and 4wd buggy some coverage to put on youtube with the collection of sct racing we already have.
