I see you guys have a race scheduled for Sunday July 18th. I will be visiting Grand Rapids over that weekend and am trying to decide if I should bring my RC gear with me from Atlanta, GA. I race 17.5 brushless SCT. What are the rules for this class? How is the turnout in this class? How long are the heats and mains? What do you charge for SCT?
Also, what tracks are running on Saturday July 17th? I want to maximize my RC fun while I am up there.
Thanks,
George

proving grounds is clay and m-40 is sand. i think the guys are useing goose bumps in rear of sct right now at pg its a new track not packed in yet. M-40 would be step pins. They have decent size jumps at pg and noting to big at m-40. layouts are around 190 by 100 or so

I appreciate all the information. My wife will hassle me if I race on Saturday night, so I hope to see you at M-40 on Sunday the 18th and I will plan to run at PG on Wednesday the 21st (I saw they run weekly electric races on Wednesday nights).
