(NEW TRACK) The RC Factory

Track is awesome!
The RC Factory without a doubt is one of the premier racing facilities in the region. Curt and crew did a tremendous job putting together a truly great race facility. We raced Friday night and Saturday on a fun and challenging track with endless traction. The white tubes are awesome and I wish they were the standard at all tracks. The food was excellent (I hope the pork loin stays on the menu), real bathrooms, paved parking lot and concrete pit area... the list goes on. Even with the unfortunate crash of the scoring system ending Saturday evening's program early, we had a blast and can't wait to make the drive out from Pittsburgh again. I might even pray for rain on weekends so we have an excuse to make the trip again before indoor season starts.
Most importantly- Thank you Curt for being a gracious host and congratulations on the opening of your facility.

The track was awesome and definitely worth the 4 hour drive. Curt has big plans for the future and I can't wait to go back. I'm going to try and make it out atleast once a month this winter. Great job on the track and keep up the good work!

Well this sounds like a great new place. I'll be sure to visit as soon as I can. I do have one question though...
Now I'm sure that this has been thought of, but as a concerned hobbyist, I must ask. With CRCRC being relatively close in hobby terms, would running an opposing schedule (Sat elec, Sun nitro) not be a wise thing? It seems that would allow racers of one type to go both places in one weekend, if they chose to do so. Now of course, if the goal is something else, well, thats fine too. I'm just saying. Coming from out of town, I could double my hobby fun if I could do both. Now they could change their schedule too, so like I said, I'm just putting it out there. Either way, as a former track owner, I wish you the best.
