*Like a proud parent* I cant believe the big difference this track has undergone! Sometimes it feels like its just work and you never get to enjoy it...but when all those racers showed up and everyone was super impressed with our comitment, it makes it SO worth it!

I know how you feel, I'm going to start laying out the extra track tomorrow morning. Want to try to get most of it done before I get my truck rebuilt from the race's, that way I want have a truck to drive and I'll have to work on the track. Here are some pics from race day

UPDATE:
Started the track extension last week, and today worked on it for a couple hours. The back strait is now 25 feet longer with a little jump at the very start, added a new section off to the right so mow there are two more turns and another jump. Just have a little more crap to clear out of one more lane, fix up the jumps, a little track love, then we should be holding are first races of our points series in two weeks. It win be a six race series every two weeks. Each race day will be three races per class. Points will be added at the end and winner named. We will have trophies for the top three finishers in 1/8 and 1/10 class, maybe the top five. It will be $15-20(not sure witch one) to race with money going towards the prize at the end of six races and towards the home owners water and electric bills.
hope to see you out there racing
thanks, mike foster new pics soon

UPDATE
So today I got the rest of the lanes cleared and started two of the three new jumps. The dark (wet) areas of the track are the new added section.
And from what me and the track owner have talked about the points series will start the 10th of July, its a sat, you can start showing up around 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. As it stands now we have 8-10 SC8's, there is only room for 12 total so that leaves 2-4 spots open if there are any interested people. 1/10 scale I'm still not sure how many will be there but we're only allowing 12 1/10 scale trucks as well. It will be $20 buy in with most of the money going back to the drivers for prize money, and the rest going to water, electric bills, and track supplies.
