That's great Jim! The only suggestion I have is keep in mind the 1/10th scale electric classes when laying out the track. Perhaps design it to run on a smaller portion of the track since it is going to be a huge track. 1/10 scale electric classes are huge in western Pa and eastern Ohio. Plus you'll have all the SCT racers in the country to please also!

Plus it's sounds like it will be an excellent track for 1/8 nitro burners too. The best of both worlds. Can't beat that!

Keep us posted on your progress Jim!

Default Race Schedule

Attention all r/c enthusiasts!! Some very exciting news is here!! A brand-new r/c track is here in western Pennsylvania!! Scenic View R/C Raceway, a 60x120 ft. off-road outdoor track is being built now just in time for the 2010 season. Scenic View will host 2 major races in the 2010 season, one of which will be the King of the Hill (July) and the Pennsylvania State Championships (September) along with club racing each weekend. The King of the Hill race will be a cash payout to the top three positions in mod classes, and trophies in the stock classes. The Pa State Championships will be in late September and Trophies for the top 10 Positions in the A main, and 1st place in the B & C mains.
As of right now this will be the 2010 race schedule.

Default 1 step closer

Hey Guys, we will be running amb rc3 system with rc scoring pro natl. version. Personal transponders will be required, however we plan on having transponders for the novice drivers. If any one has suggestions using this equipment or ideas we are open to hear suggestions.
