I should be there Sunday as well. Just got a bunch of parts today as well, so if I get all the wrenching done, I'll be set for testing on Sunday.

Saturday I plan to go to Yomitan for more on-road testing.

Mini-Z went good last Sunday. Broke the current MR-03 record of 13.32 with a 13.25, and then Kenji fired back with a 13.20

We have a good battle going on for sure.

I have some surprises up my sleve for the D8 and Vorza...stay tuned.

some 58mm and 61mm shocks?

Hoping I can make it out Sunday, would like to run through 4 set of packs again, don't know if I can handle driving 24 minutes again on one set of packs...

Talked with Anthony, he will bring the timing system out on Sunday as well. I think we are ready for some 3-4 min heats with a 5-8 min main. If we have enough guys we can run a little practice race and sort out the last issues with the timing setup. Maybe Santa will bring us the drivers stand by Sunday. I am getting real curious about lap times and would like to see some consistant laps on the timer.........had a good day on Sunday and becoming one with the Fusion. As of now no setup changes planned for the next time out.

Ok, ok, I know the battery lasted 24 minutes cause I was there, but to be completely fair you did take a few second break on each lap............ waiting for the turn marshal....so it's more like 20-22 min.
.
Overall I was impressed with the runtimes we got out of the 5000's & 5300's. It's nice to know I don't need to run the heavy 6500's during a race

yes, yes, I had a few seconds break, but nothing broke...which still amazes me, that's a lot a running with no servicing...

timing system would be fun hope I can make it...

Actually, no. I had some other top secret stuff planned, but realized yesterday when going through my parts delivery I failed to order 3 key componets...

ARRGHH!

So, no, I won't have the D8 or Vorza out this weekend.

Heyaxlenut, ordered some parts that'll fit your Firestorm to keep you running. Do you want me to bring some extra batteries for you again? Anything else?

I don't think Ken's wife will be there Sunday for your lesson so you may have to just run on the kiddie track again.

Wow. I thought they were both dialed in???

Well, I did see some nice shelves at Kanehide for all your RC Cars, all you need now is some little crowns to put on them...

Oh she will be there Sunday.........she likes the fact that she isn't the worst driver at the track. Not sure what she means by that but I will ask.

LOL!

Actually, Burger King has some paper crowns, but they'll only fit on the Baja, which I don't have ha ha ha.

The cars are pretty dialed. The Vorza needs more testing with rear suspension, although, that wasn't my top secret project.

I have something else in the works, for both cars...

Besides, ya'll be pround of me. The Vorza is STILL dirty from last time out. I never cleaned it (just put it on the shelf).
