Help And ideas on building a good low budget off-road track for 1/10-1/8

Have about 150m2 and looking for ideas and pictures on building a hard compound off-road track. Mainly for practicing 1/8 buggie and 1/10 truck/buggie. what is the best dirt/soil to use? I have been told to use concrete dust with dirt over the top, then pack it and then wet it.
