ya, if you have a 1/10 buggy and a 2wd short course your all set. i was actually running a stock brushed motor in my 2wd and i was keeping up well with the brushless 2wd's. eventually the brushed motor wore out and i went brushless. you would just need to get some lipos like andrew said...

I'm so out of the loop on all of this stuff. I don't even know the classes anymore! Do you guys have a class that runs 1/10 4wd buggies? I think I will try to venture up there at some point this week just to check things out. Are any of you guys going to be at the track between 6-7pm this week?

we've only had one person up there with a 4wd buggy but he is the only one (ithink). were actually racing tomarrow if its not raining (it doesnt look good). but i will definatlly be up there on wednesday next week to pick up my TLR 22!!! wahooo!!!

Well, I just soldered in some batteries and both of my cars somehow still run. I will do a little bit of motor maintenance and throw on some new brushes (I know, take it easy!) and try to make it up there sometime this week. What kind of fees are involved with practicing? Is there electric at the track for practice?

You will have to talk to Doug the owner at the shop about fees for practice, but its $20 for non-members on race day, unlimited classes.

I'll be there. What kind of tires are the 2wd buggies running? A red compound Losi tire and/or an M3 or R3 proline tire?

i run M3's on my SC, but i never had a 1/10 buggy yet so im still deciding what i wana run. the track is really nice, its packed nice and smooth so i think somthing like barcodes or something would work good. but we wont know until we try it.

We arent sure yet? Some guys i used to race with brought buggies up to see what the track was like, I impulse bought 2- b4.1s....then everyone else got some too! Im not sure what to get yet
