Well if I worked at a place that was busy I wouldn't have so much time to post.

Ran some practice at PS during the day with my SC10. THe track was loose and then we swept it and waterd a little and the track was alot better. THe SC10 was pretty good (I thought) and then I tried a Slash on the track. It had way more traction and I could rip the throttle. The Slash did everything better than my SC10 except it didn't jump as far overall but the Slash was under geared by at least 1 to 2 teeth.

I let Kurt drive my SC10 and he was laughing at how bad it was compared to his Slash. No traction with the stock tires on the SC10.

Can't wait til this weekend at Garlands for more testing. At this point for me I'm looking to get a Slash!!!!!!!!!!!! At this point the only way the SC10 at least could be as good as a Slash is if we would let people run different tires other than what comes with the truck which would only happen in a mod class.

It really looks like the Slash has zero problems keeping up with the SC10 and I'm sure the Losi is not going to be any better with their stock tires.

Will have more to report after Sunday.

Shop report is that all the new upstair benches have been primed and where getting paint on them tonight. I will see the extra Chris did on Saturday morning when I go in to keep moving parts around in the shop.

The Custom Works parts have all been relocated along with the Foam tires and CW kits. The new layout does look nice and is alot easier to find parts with the new layout. More info after I get to the shop Saturday.

Jason - what if we leveled most of the infield except elevation changes and made jumps like these?
Let me know what you think this week - I doubt I will have the time to check back here.

Hey guys! I'm planning on racing this year as much as possible and will be running SCT. I'm also thinking about racing my B4. It would be really nice if it worked out so that all the SCT's could run together, but understand if they are seperated. Could someone post a schedule of the races if and when it is set. Thanks!

We really would like to do it this way as well but to be fair we been testing to see how all the bands fair out.

So far I had a bunch of Slash guys from PS wanting to run all together. The support for this so far has been excellent and funny thing they have all been Slash guys. They said they don't want the class watered down and want to race with more guys in a class. Awesome to see the Slash guys stepping up (IMO so far the Slash is easily holding its own with no problem)

The other option will be an open SCT mod class or run a SPEC Pro Class which would be all the brands run together but in SPEC form. This will be the 2nd class.

If we run all brands together then the 2nd class will be Mod SCT.

The dates are all set, you can find them on the calandar link on the web site
here is a short cut to it http://www.bumpsandjumpsrc.com/2009-...20calendar.htm
Things may change a little bit, but for the most part I think the point days are set and the large races are listed.
Thanks
Chris

Still debating what I want to do this winter, but I just wanted to confirm that SCT mod would be available? I don't want to spend the money to find out no one is going to run it.

I didn't check the site but as far as sct mod, is it anything goes or are there restrictions? Certain motors?

I know at the pitstop for example, at the beginning of the season I checked the rules and I had a slash with the extreme racing aluminum chassis and the rules stated no aftermarket chassis. So I couldn't run spec or mod
