Default FYI for 2012 Motorama

My name is Scotty Ernst and I was the organizer of the Nitro Side of Motorama last year. I have just spent some time reading through all the comments left here in the thread and I wanted you guys to hear it directly from me on what the situation is and the conditions moving forward for 2012 Motorama.

So going into this years event, the Fire Marshall has had to put his foot down and not allow the Nitro portion of MR to take place this year. The poor air quality and health concerns were to great for him to look the other way anymore and could not risk any problems.

So you hear it here now officially, I am sorry to say no nitro event at next years MR.

Full article can be read on "RACING FORUM" (2012 Motorama RC Racing)

Just out of curiosity... How do the aka impact tires hold up on the track? I'm looking to get one more set of tires before the end of the season.

Also what will the mains times be for buggy and truggy for the cash and Halloween races?

Thanks!!

Track is done, all it needs is a little rain and all of the pipe put down. As far as practice tomorrow, it should be good to go as long as the weather man is correct. I'll let you all know tomorrow. Just remember, no word from me on here means practice is a go and I'm outside working on the track.

See you all tomorrow.
