vintage Shu Cat

I have been stationed in Jacksonville and have only found one track at a local hobby shop.
My son has a Traxxas Slash and I have a vintage Schumacher Cat '87 (never run). I am looking for rules and restrictions as well.

Any suggestions or ideas?

If you are looking for a track, then Strickland in Daytona is pretty good, raced my Slash there, but then again that is about an hour to an hour and a half drive.

I'm from Jacksonville too. There just isn't anything for off road that is close. I guess back in the day there used to be a track around here on city property. But it was shut down and R/C ers in Jax don't seem to be able to get cooperate to get something going again. I race in Daytona and I also go to Phill Hurd Raceway in Savannah. I have an online tool that I put together that lets you search for information and maps for R/C tracks all around the country. Oh! And also, I forgot to say. I have a vintage Schumacher Cat as well. I got it when I was 12, so that must have been about 87 as well. But my chassis is broken and now lost. I want to cut out a new chassis from some fiberglass, but I don't even have the old chassis as a template. If you ever had a chance to trace your chassis out and some how get it to me, I would be very grateful! [email protected]
